I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

You can cancel a product or an order before the status of your order becomes “preparing”. For the orders the status of which has become “preparing”, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the product after you receive it.

In order to make a cancellation transaction, you can cancel a product in your order or the entire order by clicking on the Member icon and then selecting your order.

Can I replace the product that I have bought via the Internet?

The product that you have bought via the Internet cannot be replaced.

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

We expect you to notify your request for return to us at info@zsazsazsu.com.tr. Afterwards, we will direct HepsiJet deliverer to your registered address in order to take delivery of your returned products. Your return transaction will have been started upon the delivery of the products to the deliverer and then their arrival at our warehouse.

Can I receive back the fee that I have paid for the courier in the return transaction?

In the event that your entire order is returned, the courier fee will be refunded.

In the event that you make a partial return transaction (if you return one or several of the products in your order and keep the others), the courier fee will not be refunded.

You can return the products that you have bought within 30 days from the date of invoice.
