How do I sign up?
Click first on the “Member” icon at the right upper corner on our home page and then on the “Sign Up Now” button! The member sign up form will appear. You can easily sign up to our online shopping platform by completing this form.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
AClick on the “Forgot Password” field on the “Member Sign Up” screen at the right upper corner on our home page, enter your e-mail address registered in the system into the form and click on the “Send” button! The password renewal link will be sent to your e-mail address!
How can I update my membership details?
You can quickly update your membership details by clicking on the “Member” icon at the right upper corner on our home page after you login.
Order and Payment
How can I place an order?
Add the products that you like into your cart at our online shopping platform zsazsazsu.com.tr, click on “Confirm Cart” button and complete your shopping transaction immediately by selecting your address and payment method!
Which payment options can I use?
You can make your payment with a debit card or credit card.
Can I make a change in my order?
We do not make any change in the orders with their payments completed.
If the status of your order has not become “preparing”, you can cancel your order and place a new order.
Cancellation and Refund
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
You can cancel your order before the status of your order becomes “Preparing”. We cannot cancel the orders the status of which has become “Preparing”. However, you can return your order after you receive it. For the cancellation transaction, you can cancel a product in your order or your entire order by selecting your order after clicking on the “Member” icon.
Can I replace the product that I have bought via the Internet?
We cannot replace the product that you have bought via the Internet.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
We expect you to notify your request for return to us at info@zsazsazsu.com.tr. Afterwards, we will direct HepsiJet deliverer to your registered address in order to take delivery of your returned products. Your return transaction will have been started upon the delivery of the products to the deliverer and then their arrival at our warehouse.
Can I receive back the fee that I have paid for the courier in the return transaction?
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the courier fee.
Within the partial return process, in other words, when you return one or several of the products in your order, we do not refund the courier fee.

Are the discounts on the online store also applicable in your physical stores?
The campaigns may vary. The campaigns that are specific to online stores are not applicable in the physical stores.
The product that I have bought has a quality issue. What should I do?
Send the product that has a quality issue and its invoice to us by courier. We will examine the product and offer you options according to the result. The product examination process may take time. The result will be forwarded to you within 10 business days at latest.
