Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS, including tracking information. You may also track the status of your order at any time through the My Account – My Orders section.
You may return eligible products within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returns may be sent free of charge via UPS to the following warehouse address: 200 Gates Rd. Ste C, Little Ferry, NJ 07643, United States
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
If you choose to use a carrier other than UPS, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For cosmetics and personal care products, returns are accepted only if the items are unopened, unused, untested, and in their original, resalable condition. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
