In a 20 ± 5°C environment, when you fill the thermos with 95°C water, your drink will remain above 50°C even after 6 hours. When filled with cold water, it stays above 10°C after 6 hours. The cooling capacity increases when used with ice. Its 304 stainless steel structure ensures that your drink’s temperature and freshness are preserved for a long time.

RETURN CONDITIONS
You may return eligible products within 30 days of the invoice date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
If you choose to use a carrier other than UPS, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For cosmetics and personal care products, returns are accepted only if the items are unopened, unused, untested, and in their original, resalable condition. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
